摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型联合针灸治疗半身不遂疗效。[方法]对63例半身不遂患者辨证分型联合针灸治疗。①辨证分型。气虚血瘀型,治宜补气活血化瘀,补阳还五汤化裁(黄芪60～120g,生桃仁10g,地龙12g,红花10g,赤芍12g,当归10g,鸡血藤15g,川芎10g,丹参15g,全蝎冲服2g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚服用。②肝阳上亢型,治宜平肝潜阳、熄风通络,天麻钩藤饮化裁(天麻10g,石决明20g,钩藤12g,牛膝10g,桑寄生、杜仲各15g,黄芩10g,益母草20g,山栀、夜交藤10g,茯神12g,夏枯草20g,地龙10g,珍珠母20g,全蝎冲服2g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚服用。②针刺治疗。对三组穴位进行交替,患者感受到针感后留针约30～60min,且每间隔10～20min行针1次。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈16例,显效47例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]辨证分型联合针灸治疗半身不遂效果良好,值得推广。
[Objective]Observe Syndromes combined effect of acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia.[Methods]63 cases of patients with hemiplegia syndrome type combined acupuncture.① syndrome type.Qi and Blood,Expelling qi and blood circulation,Buyang Huanwu Soup of the CD(Huangqi 60 ～ 120g,Shengtaoren 10g,Dilong 12g,Honghua 10g,Chishao 12g,Danggui 10g,Jixueteng 15g,Chuan Xiong 10g,Danshen 15g,Quanxie blunt 2g),1 does / d,decoction 300mL,sooner or later take.② liver yang,Expelling calming liver yang,Xifeng Tongluo Soup,TGD of the CD(Tianma 10g,Shijueming 20g,Gouteng 12g,Niuxi 10g,Sangjisheng,Duzhong each 15g,Huangqin 10g,Yimucao 20g,Shanzhi,Yejiaoteng each 10g,Fushen 12g,Xiakucao 20g,Dilong 10g,Zhenzhumu 20g,Quanxie blunt 2g),1 does / d,decoction 300mL,sooner or later take.②Acupuncture.Points on three groups alternately,patients feel after acupuncture needle about 30 ～ 60min,and each interval of 10 ～ 20min line pin 1.Continuous treatment for 3 months for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Four cycles of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]cured 16 cases,effective in 47 cases,ineffective in 0 cases,the total efficiency 100.00%.[Conclusion]Syndromes combined effect of acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia well worth promoting.
