摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型治疗放化疗后鼻咽癌、口腔癌疗效。[方法]对放化疗后鼻咽癌、口腔癌5例患者辨证分型治疗。中药猫爪草、半枝莲各15g,山慈菇、炙甘草各10g,白花蛇舌草25g,薏苡仁50g;阴虚加麦冬20g,天冬10g以滋阴养液;体虚加党参、茯苓各30g,白术15g补中健脾益气以扶正祛邪;痰核瘰疬加浙贝母20g,制半夏15g,化橘红10g以化痰消痞散结。1剂/d,加水2000mL煎至700mL,分2次服用,饭后1h服。刚放化疗后,鼻咽部干燥疼痛者,麦冬20g,沙参、太子参、百合各15g,生甘草5g水煎服。忌狗肉、牛肉等肥甘辛辣厚味,戒烟酒,暂缓房事。连续治疗90d为1疗程。1疗程后,5剂/30d,长期服用以巩固疗效。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈1例,显效3例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%[结论]辨证分型治疗放化疗后鼻咽癌、口腔癌效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]Observed syndrome type nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment,oral cancer treatment.[Methods]right after chemotherapy nasopharyngeal cancer,oral cancer syndrome type treatment.Maozhaocao,banzhilian 15g,Shancigu,Zhigancao 10g,Baihua Sheshecao 25g,Yiyiren 50g;Yinxu Jia Maidong 20g,Tiandong 10g to Yin Yang aspartame solution;physically weak Codonopsis,Dangshen,Fuling each 30g,Baishu 15g fill in Jianpiyiqi to uphold;sputum nuclear scrofula plus Zhebeimu 20g,Zhibanxia 15g,Huajuhong 10g with phlegm Xiaopi relieves congestion.1 / d,add water and simmer till 2000mL 700mL,2 doses after meals 1h clothing.Just after chemotherapy,nasopharyngeal pain drying,Maidong 20g,Shashen,Taizishen,Baihe 15g,Gancao 5g decoction.Avoid dog meat,beef and spicy Atsumi fatness,quit alcohol,postpone sexual intercourse.90d is a course of continuous treatment,A course of treatment,5 / 30d,long-term use in order to consolidate the curative effect.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]cured 1 cases,3 cases markedly effective one case,0 ineffective,the total effective rate 100.00%[Conclusion] Differential Diagnosis and Treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,oral cancer effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
