摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型治疗眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组45例西比灵胶囊5mg/次,1次/d。肠溶性阿司匹林100mg/次,1次/d。肠溶性阿司匹林100mg/次,1次/d。眩晕停25mg/次,3次/d。维脑路通0.2g/次,3次/d。治疗组45例辨证分型,分肝阳上亢、痰浊中阻、气血亏虚、肝肾阴虚四型对症治疗。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,好转12例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。对照组痊愈21例,好转16例,无效8例,总有效率82.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗眩晕效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of vertigo.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,90 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method.Capsule control group 45 cases sibeline 5 mg/times,1/d.Enteric soluble aspirin,100 mg/time 1/d.Enteric soluble aspirin,100 mg/time 1/d.Stop vertigo 25 mg/time,3times/d.3 d brain road is 0.2 g/and/d.Of the treatment group 45 cases.In the essence of liver Yang,phlegm turbidity resistance,deficiency of qi and blood,liver and kidney Yin deficiency.Continuous treatment of 10d to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 31 cases were cured,12 cases improved,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 95.56%.Control group 21 cases,recovery improvement in 16 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 82.22%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Treatment of vertigo effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
