摘要
[目的]观察加味理中汤治疗虚寒型感冒后咳嗽疗效。[方法]对42例虚寒型感冒后咳嗽患者使用加味理中汤(干姜、人参、炙甘草、白术各10g,茯苓15g,法半夏10g,陈皮、细辛各3g,五味子10g,大枣2枚)。喉痒加僵蚕;痰多胸闷气喘加冬花、葶苈子;眠差加百合、远志;纳差腹胀腹泻加麦芽、苏梗、藿香。1剂/d,水煎400mL,分3次服用。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈38例,显效3例,无效1例,总有效率97.62%。[结论]加味理中汤治疗虚寒型感冒后咳嗽,疗效显著,值得推广。
[Objective]Jiawei Li Zhong Tang observed treatment Deficiency Type cough after a cold treatment.[Methods]42 cases of patients with cough after a cold Deficiency Type Use Jiawei Li Zhong Tang(Ganjiang,Renshen,Zhigancao,Baishu each 10g,Fuling 15g,Fabanxia 10g,Chenpi,Xixin each 3g,Wuweizi 10g,Dazao 2).Itchy throat plus Jiangcan;phlegm,chest tightness,wheezing plus Donghua,Tinglizi;poor sleep plus Baihe,Yuanzhi;anorexia,abdominal distension and diarrhea plus Maiya,Sugeng,Huoxiang.1 / d,decoction 400mL,divided into 3 doses.3d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,cough,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy[.Results] 38 cases were cured,effective in 3 cases,1 case,the total effective rate 97.62%[.Conclusion]Jiawei Li Zhong Tang Deficiency Type cough after a cold treatment,a significant effect,worthy of promotion.
