摘要
[目的]观察小针刀联合直刺平补法针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组28例小针刀治疗:患者取俯卧位,充分暴露腰椎间,可适当于患者腹部垫支垫。操作区域充分消毒处理,行1%利多卡因局部麻醉,标准操作进刀,1次/周。治疗组28例直刺平补法针刺。取穴腰阳关穴、委中、秩边、环跳、承扶。穴位常规擦拭消毒处理,直径0.32mm、长40cm毫针,1次/d。小针刀治疗同对照组。均连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效8例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.43%。对照组痊愈7例,显效5例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率78.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]小针刀联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,值得推广使用。
[Objective] Observe a small knife piercing reinforcing needling combined treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] Using randomized controlled method,56 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 28 patients with small knife treatment: Patients were prone position,fully exposed to the lumbar spine,the advance may be appropriate in patients with abdominal pad.Operating area adequately disinfected,Line 1% lidocaine local anesthesia,standard operating feed,1 times / week.Treatment group 28 cases piercing reinforcing needling.AcupointsYaoyangguan points,Venezuela,rank edge,ring jump,Cheng Fu.Wipe disinfection routine acupuncture treatment,diameter 0.32mm,length 40cm needle,1 times / d.Small knife treatment with the control group.Were treated for 4 consecutive weeks as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results] The cure 17 cases,8 cases,2 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 96.43%.Control group cured 7 cases,5 cases markedly effective in 10 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency 78.57%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).[ Conclusion] small needle acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation combined effect is significant and should be introduced.
