摘要
[目的]观察导痰定眩饮联合西药治疗内耳眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组60例酸氟桂嗪胶囊10mg,1次/d,口服,眩晕严重异丙嗪25mg,肌注。治疗组80例导痰定眩饮(车前子包煎20g,菊花、白术各15g,白芥子、天麻、全褐、当归、女贞子、旱莲草、泽泻各10g,法半夏、红花、干姜各8g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎350mL;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、生存质量评分、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%(38/40);对照组显效12例,有效15例,无效13例,总有效率67.50%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);生存质量评分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]导痰定眩饮配合盐酸氟桂嗪治疗内耳眩晕症疗效显著,值得应用。
[Objective]To observe Dantan dingxuan yin combined western medicine treatment of inner ear vertigo efficacy.[Methods]By using randomized controlling method,80 cases of outpatients and inpatients were divided into two groups in accordance with order numbering.The control group of 60 patients given acid fluoride Gui hydrochloride capsules 10mg,oral,1 times / day.Treatment group of 80 patients taking the Dantan Dingxuan Yin(Cheqianzi 20g(including fry),Juhua,Baishu each 15g,Baijiezi,Tianma,Quanhe,Danggui,Nvzhenzi,Hanliancao,Zexie each 10g,law Breit,saffron,ginger each 8g,licorice 6g),1 dose / day,and the water simmer in water to 350mL,morning and evening before meals,with flunarizine 10mg,oral,1 / day.The two groups of patients with severe symptoms may be considered promethazine 25mg,intramuscular adjuvant therapy.Both groups contact information 6days as a course.Observation of clinical efficacy,quality of life,adverse reactions.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]19 cases treatment group 19 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid in 2 cases,total effective rate was 95.00%(38/40);In the control group,12 cases had marked effect,effective 15 cases,13 cases of invalid,total effective rate 67.50%,two groups statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);Quality of life score in treatment group are significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Dantan dingxuan yin with flunarizine treatment of inner ear vertigo effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
