摘要
[目的]观测培养基稀释法和常规法检验养血通络胶囊微生物种类效果。[方法]采用常规法和培养基稀释法对养血通络胶囊金进行黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和黑曲霉回收率试验,判断抑菌成分。[结果]两种方法回收率均>70.00%,组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。两种方法均未检出含有细菌和霉菌。[结论]培养基稀释法和常规法检测养血通络胶囊微生物种类具有等效性,均可获得良好效果,可根据实际情况推广应用。
[Objective]To investigate the icrobial species detecting methods and effects of proprietary Chinese medicines.[Methods]Used the medium dilution microbial species detecting method and the conventional microbial species method to establish the method for nourishing Capsules by Staphylococcus aureus that incluede the Escherichia coli and Aspergillus,and then determine whether they contain antibacterial ingredients.[Results]Both methods were not found to contain bacteria and fungi,the recovery rate between the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).[Conclusion]Conventional dilution assay method and the medium can be achieved very good results and accord to the actual situation application.
