摘要
[目的]观察中医辨证治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛的治疗效果。[方法]92例病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组46例。对照组采用西医对症治疗,治疗组进行中医辨证治疗。治疗2周判定疗效。[结果]治疗组脑血管痉挛性头痛症状、治疗效果均明显优于对照组,两组均未出现不良反应。[结论]应用中医辨证理论治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛临床效果非常明显。
[Objective]To observe the TCM treatment of cerebrovascular spasm headache treatment.[Methods]92 cases,divided into control group and treatment group,46 cases in each group the average.The control group was treated with western medicine for symptomatic treatment,treatment group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation.Treatment for 2 weeks to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group cerebrovascular spasm headache symptoms,treatment effects were significantly better than the control group,two groups had no adverse reactions.[Conclusion]The application of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine theory in treating cerebral vascular spasm headache clinical effect is very obvious.
