摘要
[目的]评价蓝科肤宁治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效与安全性。[方法]搜集公开发表的有关蓝科肤宁对激素依赖性皮炎治疗效果的文献,按Meta分析的要求对检索到的原始研究进行质量评估,应用RevMan软件对符合条件的所有研究结果进行Meta分析。[结果]符合纳入标准的文献共8篇,总样本量808例。使用蓝科肤宁联合口服清热凉血、祛风止痒中药组416例其中痊愈156例,显效197例;使用蓝科肤宁组为392例,痊愈56例,显效126例。两项疗效指标合并OR值分别为3.66,2.02。整体效应检验p值均小于0.00001,表明疗效差异有显著的统计学意义。[结论]蓝科肤宁联合清热口服清热类中药对激素依赖性皮炎治疗作用比单独使用蓝科肤宁效果更明显。
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Velvetfeeling in the treatment of corticosteroid addictive dermatitis by meta-analysis.[Methods]Collecting published journals in Chinese about the clinical efficacy of Velvetfeeling in the treatment of corticosteroid addictive dermatitis,and evaluating the quality of the studies based on the criterion of predefined inclusion and exclusion,Eligible studies data were analysed by meta-analysis performed with RevMan 4.2.[Results]Met the inclusion criteria literature of eight,a total sample size of 808 cases.Lanke skin rather and oral Qingreliangxue,expelling wind itching medicine group 416 cases of which 156 cases were cured,effective in 197 cases;Lanke skin Ning group for 392 cases,56 cases cured,effective in 126 cases.Two efficacy endpoint merge OR values were 3.66,2.02.Overall effect test P value less than 0.00001,significant differences in efficacy.[Conclusion]Lanke skin Ning United Qingre oral Qingre Chinese medicine treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis effect is more pronounced effect than separate use LandTek skin rather.
