摘要
[目的]探讨中医耳穴压贴法在预防慢性支气管炎急性发作中的应用价值。[方法]选取本中心收治的100例慢性支气管炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。对照组仅给予一般治疗;治疗组加用中医耳穴压贴法治疗。治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组患者的症状积分情况和一年内急性发作次数均明显低于对照组。[结论]中医耳穴疗法对防治慢性支气管炎急性发作的具有很好的近、远期疗效,值得推广使用。
[Objective]Investigate auricular point pressing method in prevention of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in application value[.Methods]The hospital from 100 chronic bronchitis patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was only given the general treatment;treated with auricular point pressing therapy.After 2 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group patients with symptomatic integral conditions and within a year the number of acute attack was significantly lower than that of control group.[Conclusion]Chinese auricular therapy on prevention and treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis with good close,long-dated curative effect,is worth popularizing.
