摘要
目的分析肺部感染早期筛查中联合应用胸部X线与CT检查的临床效果。方法选取100例2014年1月—2019年4月期间在中国人民大学医院诊治的肺部感染患者,根据检查方法不同分为两组,各50例。对照组采用胸部X线检查,研究组应用胸部X线联合CT检查,比较两组肺部感染早期筛查效果。结果对照组胸部X线检查的诊断阳性率为70.0%,研究组联合检查诊断的阳性率为96.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.977,P<0.05)。研究组阳性患者的肺部感染类型主要为混合感染(41.7%)、非特异性细菌感染(33.3%)、真菌感染(16.7%)和细菌感染(8.3%)。患者的CT征象主要为肺部实质影(62.5%),结节影(20.8%),磨玻璃影(43.8%)和线样影/磨玻璃影(4.2%)。结论胸部X线是早期筛查肺部感染的常用方法,联合应用CT检查可更为直接地显示患者肺部阴影等情况,征象更典型,可有效提高早期肺部感染的筛查效果,为临床诊治提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined chest X-ray and CT examination in early screening of pulmonary infection.Methods 100 patients with pulmonary infection diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2014 to April 2019 were divided into two groups according to different examination methods,50 cases in each group.The control group was given chest X-ray examination,while the study group was given chest X-ray combined with CT examination.The early screening effect of two groups was compared.Results The positive rate of chest X-ray examination was 70.0%in the control group and 96.0%in the study group(χ2=11.977,P<0.05).The main types of pulmonary infection in the study group were mixed infection(41.7%),non-specific bacterial infection(33.3%),fungal infection(16.7%)and bacterial infection(8.3%).The main CT signs were pulmonary parenchymal shadow(62.5%),nodular shadow(20.8%),ground glass shadow(43.8%)and linear/ground glass shadow(4.2%).Conclusion Chest X-ray is a common method for early screening of pulmonary infection.Combined with CT examination,it can show more directly the pulmonary shadow of patients,and the signs are more typical.It can effectively improve the screening effect of early pulmonary infection and provide important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
