摘要
目的分析舒适护理应用于老年股骨转子间骨折保守治疗中对患者肺炎及便秘等并发症的影响。方法选取80例江苏省南京市医科大学附属淮安第一医院2017年1月—2019年1月期间收治的老年股骨转子间骨折保守治疗患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组应用舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组与对照组护理后的髋关节功能评分为(84.3±5.2)分和(72.6±4.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总优良率为92.5%,对照组优良率为70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.0%,未出现肺炎和便秘的情况;对照组中发生深静脉血栓、肺炎和压疮各2例,便秘3例,对照组并发症发生率为22.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为95.0%,对照组满意度为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在保守治疗的老年股骨转子间骨折患者中应用舒适护理,可有效改善患者髋关节功能,提高临床治疗有效率,减少患者的肺炎、便秘等并发症发生,改善患者预后,提升患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on complications such as pneumonia and constipation in conservative treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated conservatively in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given comfortable nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hip joint function scores of the study group and the control group after nursing were(84.3±5.2)and(72.6±4.7).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate was 92.5%in the study group and 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.0%.There was no pneumonia or constipation.In the control group,there were 2 cases of deep venous thrombosis,2 cases of pneumonia and 3 cases of pressure ulcer,and 3 cases of constipation.The incidence of complications in the control group was 22.5%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 75.0%.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in conservative treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur can effectively improve hip joint function,improve clinical treatment efficiency,reduce complications such as pneumonia and constipation,improve prognosis and improve patient satisfaction.
