摘要
目的研究分析在带状疱疹后遗三叉神经痛患者中采取星状神经节阻滞联合药物治疗的临床效果。方法选取在湖南省郴州市第一人民医院接受治疗的头面部带状疱疹后遗三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2016年4月—2017年9月,病例数为54例。通过随机数字表格法分组为观察组和对照组,各27例。对照组患者患者接受加巴喷丁、度洛西汀、曲马多及静脉牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗,观察组患者在对照组疗法基础上使用星状神经节阻滞术,分析治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月两组患者的VAS评分变化情况以及两组患者治疗有效率的差异。结果治疗前两组患者VAS分数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1个月及3个月两组患者的VAS分数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后同期观察组VAS分数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中患者的总疗效率为88.89%,对照组中患者的总疗效率为62.96%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对带状疱疹后遗三叉神经神经痛患者采取星状神经节阻滞联合药物治疗能够获得良好的效果,治疗后患者的疼痛显著缓解,值得推广。
Objective To explore effective prevention and control strategies of nosocomial infection caused by hand hygiene in order to better control the nosocomial infection rate.Methods This study was conducted from May 2015 to May 2017,with May 2016 as the boundary.After that,the management of prevention and control of nosocomial infection caused by hand hygiene was strengthened.The changes of hand hygiene awareness,hand hygiene compliance and nosocomial infection rate before and after the implementation of management were compared and analyzed.Results After strengthening the management of hand hygiene prevention and control in our hospital,the qualified rate of hand hygiene knowledge,the qualified rate of correct seven-step hand washing and the compliance of hand hygiene of medical workers have been significantly improved,which is different from that before implementation(P<0.05),and has certain statistical significance.The incidence of nosocomial infection was also significantly reduced,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthened management of prevention and control of nosocomial infections caused by hand hygiene is an effective strategy to reduce nosocomial infections,and it is worth popularizing and applying in the future.
