摘要
目的探讨远程团队支持对颈动脉狭窄伴腔隙性脑梗死患者颈动脉支架置入术后认知功能的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院行颈动脉支架置入术的颈动脉狭窄伴腔隙性脑梗死患者117例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组58例和观察组59例。对照组患者出院后给予常规院外随访,观察组患者出院后给予远程团队支持。比较两组患者出院当天及出院后6个月中文版蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA)、简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)及生活质量量表评分,治疗满意度。结果两组患者出院当天中文版MoCA、MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者出院后6个月中文版MoCA、MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者出院当天生活质量量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者出院后6个月生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度为89.83%,高于对照组的60.34%(P<0.05)。结论远程团队支持可有效改善颈动脉狭窄伴腔隙性脑梗死患者颈动脉支架置入术后认知功能及生活质量,提高患者治疗满意度。
Objective To investigate the impact of remote team support on cognitive function in carotid artery stenosis patients underwent carotid artery stenting and complicated with lacunar infarction.Methods A total of 117 carotid artery stenosis patients underwent carotid artery stenting and complicated with lacunar infarction were selected in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University,and they were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=59)according to random number table method.Patients in control group received routine follow-up after discharge,while patients in observation group received remote team support.Chinese version of MoCA score,MMSE score and Quality of Life scale score at discharge and 6 months after discharge,and satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results No statistically significant difference of Chinese version of MoCA score or MMSE score was found between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05),while Chinese version of MoCA score and MMSE score in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference of Quality of Life scale score was found between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05),while Quality of Life scale score in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).Satisfaction of treatment in observation group was 89.83%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group of 60.34%(P<0.05).Conclusion Remote team support can effectively improve the cognitive function,quality of life and satisfaction of treatment in carotid artery stenosis patients underwent carotid artery stenting and complicated with lacunar infarction.
