摘要
实际气体状态方程是分析实际气体混合过程的重要方程,瞬态导热函数是分析多元热流体井筒传热的关键函数。针对目前多元热流体井筒传热模型将多元热流体中多元组分实际气体混合物简化为理想气体混合物进行运算的问题,基于实际气体状态方程、混合法则与新型瞬态导热函数建立了多元热流体井筒传热模型。利用该模型,对多元热流体井筒内各热力学参数变化进行分析,并把分析结果与理想气体模型的结果进行对比。研究结果表明,在注入相同参数的多元热流体情况下,理想气体模型各热力学参数计算结果与实际气体模型结果存在一定差别,证明了实际气体状态方程对多元热流体井筒传热过程存在一定影响,将多元热流体中多元组分实际气体混合物简化为理想气体混合物会给计算结果带来误差,降低计算结果的准确度。实际气体传热模型为进一步准确分析井筒内多元热流体流动与传热规律提供坚实的理论基础。
Real gas state equation is important for analyzing the process of real gas mixture,and transient heat conduction function is crucial for analyzing the wellbore heat transfer of multiple thermal fluid.In current wellbore heat transfer model of multiple thermal fluid,multi-component real gas mixture in multiple thermal fluid is simplified to be ideal for calculation.Accordingly,a wellbore heat transfer model of multiple thermal fluid was established based on real gas state equation,mixing rule and new transient heat conduction function.This model was used to analyze the changes in various thermodynamic parameters of multiple thermal fluid wellbore,and then these analytical results were compared with those of ideal gas model.The research results show that after the injection of multiple thermal fluid with same parameters,a certain difference exists between calculation results of various thermodynamic parameters of ideal gas model and those of real gas model,proving that real gas state equation has certain influences on the wellbore heat transfer process of multiple thermal fluid.An error in calculation results will be caused by simplification of multi-component real gas mixture in multiple thermal fluid as ideal gas mixture,thus reducing the accuracy of calculation results.Real gas heat transfer model can provide a solid theoretical basis for accurately analyzing the flow and wellbore heat transfer laws of multiple thermal fluid.
