摘要
相对渗透率曲线是油藏工程中一项重要基础资料,其中含水饱和度的确定对相对渗透率曲线至关重要。通过改进非稳态法测量相对渗透率曲线的实验装置,在岩心夹持器出口端面的岩心中插入一对连接电阻测量仪的电极,以测量岩心出口端的电阻值;同时,在稳态油-水两相渗流理论的基础上,结合阿尔奇公式对含水饱和度与电阻率关系进行标定;运用标定的阿尔奇公式计算非稳态水驱油岩心末端的含水饱和度。通过对比3种不同方式下(电阻率法、JBN改进法和稳态法)得到的相对渗透率曲线可知:电阻率法校正后的相对渗透率曲线在岩心见水后的水相相对渗透率迅速增大,油相相对渗透率迅速降低,与稳态法测得的相对渗透率曲线基本一致。该方法消除了死体积和计算中迭代误差的影响,使测量的相对渗透率曲线更加客观真实。
Relative permeability curve is the important basic data for reservoir engineering,and the determination of water saturation is crucial to relative permeability curve.Through improving the experimental devices for measurement of relative permeability curve using non-steady method,apair of electrodes connecting with resistance measure instrument was inserted in the outlet face of core holder,in order to measure resistance values at the core outlet end.Meanwhile,on the basis of steady oil-water phase percolation theory,the relationship between water saturation and resistivity was calibrated in combination with the Archie formula,so as to calculate the water saturation of core end under non-steady water flooding condition.By comparing the relative permeability curves obtained by three different methods(resistivity method,JBN improvement method,and steady method),it can be obtained that for the relative permeability curve corrected using the resistivity method,the water-phase relative permeability is sharply increased after cores encounter water,while oil-phase relative permeability is declined quickly,basically consistent with the relative permeability curve obtained using the steady method.This method can eliminate the influences from dead volume and iterative errors in the calculation,so that the measured relative permeability curve should be more objective and realistic.
