全自动免疫组化仪应用的探讨

摘要 文章总结全自动免疫组化仪的使用步骤和维护保养,并且利用全自动免疫组化染色仪对比人工操作,选取临床工作中淋巴瘤和乳腺癌组织标本各20例进行检测。检测结果:全自动免疫组化仪染色强度高,着色均匀,阳性定位准确,背景清晰,基本无边缘效应。因此得出结论:全自动免疫组化仪具有较成熟和完善的操作步骤,易操作、易掌握;自动免疫组化染色仪可以避免人工操作的错误和误差,免疫组化操作和试剂的标准化强、重复性好、便于玻片归档、安全环保,实验结果更加客观、更加科学。 Is reviewed in this paper automatic immunohistochemistry instrument using the steps and maintenance, and the use of automatic immune staining instrument compared to the artiifcial operation, select clinical lymphoma and breast cancer tissues, 20 cases in each were detected. Test results: the whole automatic immunohistochemistry staining intensity is high, the color is even, the positive position is accurate, the background is clear, the basic no edge effect. So we can draw the conclusion: full automatic immunohistochemistry instrument with the maturity and perfect operation procedure, easy to operate, easy to grasp; Auto Immune Histochemistry instrument can avoid artiifcial operation error, standardization of immunohistochemical operation and reagent, good repeatability, easy to slide archive, safety and environmental protection, experimental results are more objective, more scientiifc.
