摘要
校企合作模式的应用在实践中加大了学生管理的难度,学生分配过于分散,实习期间高校在管理上鞭长莫及,企业和学校之间缺乏对接,使学生管理出现断层和混乱。针对上述问题,高校应加强大学生自主实习的制度建设,打破班级管理模式,试行以实习企业为单位组建临时班集体,注重信息化管理手段的应用,明确校企双方的权责关系,加强对实习学生的管理和考核。
The application of school enterprise cooperation mode increases the dififculty of student management, which made student assignment too scattered, is beyond the universities’ grasp, was lack of docking between the enterprise and school, and made the student management fault and confusion. In view of the above problems, colleges and universities should strengthen the system construction of college students' autonomous practice, break the class management mode, try to practice enterprise as a unit set up temporary class collective, pay attention to the application of information management, a clear responsibility relation to both the school and the enterprise, strengthen the practice for the management and assessment of students.
