摘要 本文采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,将检测条件进行优化,力求使该方法更加快捷、简单和准确。通过本文实验研究发现,当硫脉、抗坏血酸浓度为1.0%,KBH4浓度为2.0%,Na OH溶液浓度为0.5%,盐酸溶液10%,能够较为准确的检测出花蛤中砷、汞元素含量,其中花蛤中汞的最低检出限为0.018μg/L,而砷的最低检出限为0.087μg/L。 In this paper, microwave digestion method was used for sample pretreatment, and the detection conditions were optimized to make the method more rapid, simple and accurate. Through the experimental study, we find that when thiourea and ascorbic acid concentration was 1.0%, the concentration of KBH4 was 2.0%, NaOH solution concentration was 0.5%, 10% hydrochloric acid to more accurate detection of a clam arsenic, mercury content, which mercury clam minimum detectable limit of 0.018 g / L, and arsenic in the lowest detection limit was 0.087 g / L.
