摘要
为适应新型钻机发展的要求,研制开发了新型CO1300F-3/25反车耦合器机组,采用长冲程发动机为动力,配套YOTFJ875-25FLsh反车耦合器,功率大,运行可靠,可配套F-1600大功率钻井泵。文章介绍了该机组结构、技术指标、特点、优势及关键技术,在油田钻井中获广泛应用。机组采用橇装底盘,安装及移动方便,便于设备转场使用。
The new-type reverse coupling unit CO1300F-3/25 is developed in the efforts to meet the demand for development of new-type drilling rig.It uses the long-stroke engine for power and is matched with YOTFJ875FLsh reverse coupler.Characterized for large power,the coupling unit is reliable in operation and works together with the series of F-1600 large-power mud pumps.This paper briefs about the structural indexes,characteristics,advantages and key technologies of this unit as well as wide application in drilling services at oilfields.The coupling unit is skid-mounted and easy for installation and movement for field application in different oilfields.
