微波消解-Fenton催化氧化-活性炭吸附组合工艺预处理实验室废水的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验废水具有污染物种类复杂、污染程度深等特点。多数高校实验室废水往往经过收集和长时间室内存放再处理,其中的污染物不能及时得到控制而影响周围环境。以校内实验室废水为原水,利用微波消解、Fenton催化氧化、活性炭吸附以及三种方法的组合工艺处理实验室废水,研究利用实验室的常规药品和仪器预处理实验室废水可行性。结果表明:调节200 mL实验废水使其pH=3~4,微波消解10 min后再投加活性炭0.6 g并用Fenton试剂(0.16 g FeSO4、2 mL 3%H2O2)氧化的组合工艺对实验室废水的COD去陣效果最佳,去陣率可达50%~65%。 The experimental wastewater has the characteristics of complex pollutants and deep pollution.Most university laboratory wastewater is often treated after collecting and storing for a long time,so the pollutants in the wastewater will affect the surrounding environment because they cannot be controlled in time.In this paper,taking laboratory wastewater as research object,it was treated by microwave digestion process,Fenton oxidation process,activated carbon adsorption process or their combination process,respectively.The feasibility of pretreating laboratory wastewater by using conventional pharmaceuticals and instruments in the laboratory was studied.The results showed that when the pH of wastewater was 3~4,microwave digestion time was 10 min,dosage of activated carbon was 0.6 g,Fenton agent was 0.16 g FeSO4 and 2 mL 3%H2 O2 for 200 mL wastewater,the treatment effect was the best,and the removal rate of COD was 50%~65%.
