摘要
阐述了突沸现象的发生原理及可能导致的安全危害,分析了导致重质油罐突沸的有关危害因素,并结合重质油品储运的客观规律和生产管理实际,重点在工艺设计、生产操作、运行管理和技改措施等五个方面提出了一系列针对性防范突沸的有效应对措施,这对石油化工、煤化工行业降低重质油罐突沸事故的发生风险、减小可能带来的损失等都具有参考意义。
The occurrence principle of sudden boiling phenomenon and its possible safety hazards were introduced,the related factors causing sudden boiling of heavy oil tanks were analyzed.Combined with the objective law of heavy oil storage and transportation and the actual production management,a series of effective measures were put forward to prevent sudden boiling in five aspects:process design,production operation,operation management and technological improvement measures.The paper has very important theoretical reference significance and practical guiding value for petrochemical industry and coal chemical industry to reduce the risk of heavy oil tank boiling accident and the possible loss.
