摘要
研究了电极糊配方中添加不同比例的石油焦煅烧收尘粉对电极糊性能的影响。结果表明,随着收尘粉添加比例的增加,电极糊的灰分下降明显,而挥发分含量升高;电阻率起初变化不大,随后逐渐下降,当过量添加时,反而有所升高;体积密度和耐压强度随着添加比例的增加,呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。当收尘粉添加量约为15%时,电极糊制品的整体性能较好。
The influence of adding calcined petroleum coke recovered dust with different proportions on electrode paste quality was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of additive proportion of recovered dust,the ash content of the electrode paste decreased significantly,while volatile content increased;The resistivity changed little at first,and then gradually decreased.When recovered dust was added excessively,it increased.The volume density and compression strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of addition.When additive proportion of recovered dust was about 15%,the overall performance of electrode paste product was better.
