摘要
环境试验设备温湿度远程测试系统基于ANT Wireless技术,采用高精度无线温湿度传感器,由温湿度发送节点和温湿度接收节点构成,单节点最大传输距离可达70m,多节点组合后更可达1000m。每个温湿度发送节点由传感器采集模块、无线通信模块、控制模块和电源模块组成。温湿度接收节点由无线通信模块、控制模块、存储模块组成。软件部分采用MVC结构,兼容电脑端和手机的主流浏览器,将采集数据作为原始记录,可实现报告直接生成。代替原有手写记录模式,降低数据错误概率。通过校准,系统在可用温度测量范围内最大偏差为±0.10℃,可用湿度测量范围内最大相对湿度偏差为±1.4%。
Remote testing system for the equipment of environmental testing for temperature and humidity was based on ANT Wireless technology.It used high precision wireless temperature and humidity sensor.It was composed of a temperature and humidity transmitting node and a temperature and humidity receiving node.The maximum transmission distance of the single node was up to 70 meters,and the multiple nodes couldtransform than 1000 meters.The temperature and humidity transmitting node was composed of the sensor acquisition module,the wireless communication module,the control module and the power supply module.The temperature and humidity receiving node was composed of the wireless communication module,the control module and storage module.The software part used the MVC structure,which was compatible with the mainstream browser of the computer and the mobile phone.The data was collected as the original record,and the report could be generated directly.Replace the original handwritten record mode and reduce the probability of data error.Through calibration,the maximum deviation of the system in the range of available temperature measurement was±0.10℃,and the maximum deviation within the range of available humidity was±1.4%.
