摘要
通过对一台500kV主变压器投运后带电检测过程中,第1天色谱分析数量正常,第4天色谱分析油中出现痕量C_2H_2。油色谱跟踪测试发现A相C_2H_2含量有稳步增长趋势,B、C相未见明显变化。通过高频局部放电测试,发现主变低压侧无功设备投入运行时,铁芯、夹件上均可检出明显的放电信号,且相位上存在180°翻转。利用超声局部放电检测对放电点进行定位,初步判断放电点在铁芯夹件之间的磁屏蔽处。通过解体分析明确缺陷产生的原因,提出处理措施,验证组合检测技术在变压器状态检测的有效性。
Through a 500 k V main transformer after commissioning charged detection process,the first day of the normal number of chromatographic analysis,chromatographic analysis of oil appeared on the fourth day of trace C_2H_2. Oil Chromatography A phase tracking tests found C_2H_2 content has steadily increased,B,C with no significant change. By high-frequency partial discharge test,found the main transformer low voltage side reactive power equipment put into operation,the core,clamps can be detected on a clear discharge signals.
