摘要
简述汽车发动机动力性检测的意义,在借鉴现有的检测测功机本身损耗方法的基础上,总结对单滚筒汽车发动机测功装置自身消耗功率的几种测量方法,重点介绍滑行法,并阐述测功装置中系统转动惯量的测量,给出具体计算公式,实验结果表明:该方法可以较为准确地测出测功装置自身消耗的功率。
The paper implies the significance of the automobile engine dynamic test, and in reference to the existing testing method of self power loss for dynamometer devices. It presents a summary of several measurement methods of self power consumption for single drum chassis dynamometer, and emphases the application of sliding method, and elaborates on the dynamometer device in the system of the moment of inertia of a measurement. And the calculation formula is given out. The test result shows that the new method is feasible, it can be more accurate to measure self power consumption for dynamometer devices.
