摘要
依据航天发射塔架电缆摆杆系统的结构特点和运行机理,从最能代表摆杆系统性能的特征参量入手研究摆杆系统检测的方法技术。建立摆杆系统的测试系统,实现对摆杆系统重要运动参量的同步采样与实时测试。通过对实测数据的分析,有效地诊断出系统喘行问题的故障原因,并提出解决方案。
According to the characteristic parameters of launching tower's pendulum system, a detection technology was proposed based on the structural features and characteristic of motion. By designed measurement system,the move statuses of key components on the pendulum system were obtained synchronously. Finally,the test data were analyzed,the cause of the dyspneaing vibration was found and the effectiveness of the detection technology was testified.
