摘要
对茨菇属的两个物种。即栽培茨菇和矮茨菇进行常规的核型分析和比较研究。结果表明两者具有相同的染色体数目和基本相同的核型2n=2x=22=2m+18st+2sm,其核型还具有相同非对称性程度,均属3B型,但核型间有部分染色体(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅷ等)在大小,形态学上存在一定的差异。据此认为这两个物种具有很近的亲缘关系,矮茨菇应起源于中国。
The Karyotypes of the cultivated arrowhead(Sagittaria sagittifolia Linn Var. Sinensis Sims.) and the pygmy arrowhead(Sagittaria pygmaea Miq.) were studied. The resuIts showed that they are the same in number of chromosome 2n=22 and that their constitution in karyotypes are much alikc 2n=2x=2m+18st+2sm. Morcover, they are the same asymmetrical karyotypes 3B typc according to Stcbbins' system of asymmetry karyotype. Howcver, ncither the sattellite chromosome nor the sccondary constriction was obscrvcd on their somatic cells of the two spccies. But a bit diffcrence in size and morphology was found between some chromosomes(such as Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅷ ete. )of the two genomes. Thereafter,the two species are vcry close in consanguinity. ThereFore, it can be inferred that the pygmy arrowhead also originated in China. Besides, there are B-chromosomes in the somatic cells of the Pygmy arrowhead.
