摘要
目的:探讨B细胞淋巴瘤患者细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)及Bcl-2的流式细胞术诊断研究。方法:选自我院2013年1月至2017年1月收治的B细胞淋巴瘤患者47例,另选自我院2013年1月至2017年1月健康体检者30例作为对照组。采集血液标本和淋巴结标本,采用美国BD公司生产的FACS Calibur流式细胞仪和分析软件系统,检测CyclinD1和Bcl-2的表达。比较两组CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达,不同恶性程度CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达,不同临床分期CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达。结果:研究组CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达水平高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同恶性程度CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达水平存在明显差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);高侵袭性组CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达水平高于侵袭性组和惰性组,侵袭性组CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达水平高于惰性组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);III-IV期组CyclinD1和Bcl-2表达高于I-II期组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:B细胞淋巴瘤患者CyclinD1及Bcl-2的流式细胞术诊断检测具有重要价值,CyclinD1及Bcl-2均高表达,且随着病情程度加重表达越高,具有重要研究意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of flow cytometry( CyclinD1) and Bcl-2 in patients with B cell lymphoma by flow cytometry. Methods: A total of 47 patients with B cell lymphoma treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were selected,and a total of 30 healthy subjects were selected from the hospital from January 2013 to January 2017. Blood samples and lymph node specimens were collected. The expression of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 was detected by FACS Calibur flow cytometry and analysis software system produced by BD company. The expression of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in two groups were compared,and the expression of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in different degree of malignancy and the expression of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in different clinical stages were compared. Results: The expression of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Different malignant degree of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 expression levels were obviously different,and there was significant difference( P < 0. 05). In high invasive group the expression levels of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 were higher than that in invasive group and inert group and invasive group the levels of expression of Bcl-2 and CyclinD1 higher than that of inertinite( P < 0. 05). III-IV group was higher than that in I-II group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in patients with B cell lymphoma by flow cytometry is of great value,CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 are highly expressed,and with the severity of the disease,the expression is increased,which has important research significance.
