摘要
随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,注重增长数量和质量的"双赢"成为经济可持续发展的内在要求,这也凸显了教育在人力资本提升方面的重要性。基于联立方程模型,从私人和政府的角度出发深入分析教育消费结构对我国经济增长数量和质量的影响及其区域和阶段性差异,同时考察了收入分配因素的调节作用,结果表明:政府和私人教育消费对经济增长数量和质量存在明显区域和阶段差异,而收入差距的扩大会进一步弱化私人教育消费对于经济增长的影响。根据相关结论,可为我国教育事业改革和经济长期发展制定相应的政策建议。
With Socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the'win-win'focus on the quantity and quality of growth has become the inherent requirement of sustainable economic development,which also highlights the importance of education in the promotion of human capital.Based on a simultaneous equation model,is paper analyzes the impact of educational consumption structure on the quantity and quality of China’s economic growth and its regional and phase differences from the perspective of private and government,education,and examines the adjustment effect of the income distribution factors.The empirical results show that there are obvious regional and stage differences in the quantity and quality of economic growth between government and private education consumption,and the expansion of the income gap will further weaken the impact of private education consumption on economic growth.According to relevant conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for the reform of education in China and the long-term development of the economy.
