摘要
新时代,陕西发展提出"五新"战略,这是总览全局、把握时势作出的战略选择,是决胜全面小康、奋力追赶超越的关键所在,为今后五年全省经济社会发展指明了方面,明确了目标。本文在社会主要矛盾转化过程梳理及依据分析的基础上,深入探讨了其与陕西发展"五新"战略之间的逻辑关系,并指出社会主要矛盾转化下陕西发展"五新"战略选择的关键在于改革开放、协调、创新、绿色、共享。
In the new era,Shaanxi province proposed strategies of′Five New′,which proves a strategic option made by observing the overall situation and grasp current status and turned out the key access to endeavor well-off society and catching up with.The policy directed orientation for the province′s later harness in the latter five years and confirmed target.Based on the carding of converting process of society′s main paradoxes,the essay profoundly researched its logic relationship with the development of Shaanxi province,and pointed out that the key for Shaanxi′s strategic harness under the exploitation lies in reform and opening,coordinating,innovation,green and sharing.
