摘要
随着汽车技术的快速发展,ACC自适应巡航雷达在汽车上得到了越来越广泛的应用。为保证ACC雷达功能的实现,ACC雷达对装车后的照射角度控制有很严格的要求,如果尺寸链太长,照射角度控制不当,往往容易造成雷达误报警或不报警等功能问题,同时也给制造工厂雷达标定工作带来很大困扰。文章运用3DCS软件对ACC雷达照射角度控制在整车状态下进行了三维尺寸链分析建模,并对影响ACC雷达照射角度的关键因素进行了分析,同时对ACC雷达的定位方案和装配工艺进行了优化以满足ACC雷达的照射角度控制要求,对以后车型各种雷达系统、前视系统等的设计布置有一定的指导意义。
With the fast development of automobile technology, ACC(Adaptive Cruise Control)radar has been more and more widely used in the car. In order to the function realization of the ACC radar, the irradiation angle of ACC radar installed in the car have very strict requirements. If the dimension chain is too long, irradiation angle is out of specification.It’s often easy to cause function problem, such as radar false alarm. At the same time, it also caused great trouble to the radar calibration work of the manufacturing plant. In this paper, 3 DCS software is used to analyze the 3D dimensional chain of ACC radar irradiation angle in the whole vehicle state, and the key factors affecting the ACC radar irradiation angle are optimized. At the same time, the location strategy and assembly process of ACC radar are optimized to meet the irradiation angle requirement of ACC radar. It has certain guiding significance for the design and arrangement of various radar systems and forward-looking systems in future vehicles.
