摘要
目前很多车型试验验证阶段出现的主要碰撞安全类问题,大多是由于前期造型没有控制好;造型及总布置问题,留到详细设计或试验验证阶段整改,后果是周期长、成本高。因而文章基于最新安全法规及NCAP要求,结合以往车型设计经验及参考车设计亮点,在造型、总布置及详细设计阶段,分别从车身系统、外饰系统、电气系统、动力及底盘系统五个方面对涉及到影响车辆安全性能的系统提出相关设计技术要求,进行前期规划控制,从而避免将车辆安全性能问题遗留到后期解决。
Currently, the main problems of crash safety occurring on the vehicles of our company at the stage of testing certificate result mostly from the poor control of preliminary styling. Modeling and general layout problems are left for detailed design or test verification stage rectification, resulting in long cycle and high cost. Based on requirements of the latest safety regulations and NCAPs and combinations of designing experience of our vehicles and designing highlights of benchmark vehicles, in the stage of modeling, general layout and detailed design, the relevant design technical requirements are put forward from five aspects of body system, exterior decoration system, electrical system, power and chassis system,which affect the safety performance of vehicles, and the pre-planning control is carried out to avoid leaving the safety performance of vehicles to be solved later.
