摘要
建国以来我国普遍重视大学生就业观教育,并取得不少经验。但市场经济的推进、社会领域的变革、学生个性化发展的需求,对现有的就业观教育提出更高要求。从社会主义核心价值体系出发统筹就业观教育,高校、社会和政府多方配合,着力提升就业观教育的实效性。
Employment view education for college students is valued since the founding of new China and has gained a lot of experience.However,with the advance of the market economy,the transformation of social structure,and the need of students' personality development,higher requirement has to be met to improve the present education.The paper,based on the socialism core value system,advocates that employment education views should be coordinated,and universities and social powers and governments should cooperate to improve its effectiveness.
