摘要
通过用火焰原子吸收分光光度法与二氮杂菲分光光度法,两种方法对水体中总铁进行测定,进行了对比。通过与国家标准物质中心配制值对比,原子吸收分光光度法测定值绝对误差为0.01mg/L,相对误差为2.0%,最低检测限为0.006 mg/L;二氮杂菲分光光度法测定值绝对误差为0.02mg/L,相对误差为4.0%,最低检测限为0.05mg/L。
By using FAAS and phenanthroline spectrophotometry,total iron in water was determined.By contrast,absolute error of FAAS was 0.01mg/L,relative error was 2.0%,the lowest detection limit was 0.006mg/L;absolute error of Phenanthroline spectrophotometry was 0.02mg/L,relative error was 4.0%,the lowest detection limit was 0.05mg/L.
