摘要
在研究升降横移式立体停车库结构的基础上,为了抵御雨雪对车库顶棚的破坏,提出了立体车库除雨雪装置。立体车库除雨雪装置包括支撑架、气压系统、顶棚三部分,支撑架为整个机构提供支撑,气压系统提供动力,顶棚可绕固定转轴往复摆动,实现清理雨雪的功能。将顶棚的受力点设置在距转轴最远端的边缘处,增大力臂,降低气压传动的负载,减少能源的消耗。根据受力分析可知:顶棚上的雨雪被清除掉后会减小顶棚和支撑架承载的压力,降低其应力,提高车库顶棚的使用年限。
Based on the study of lifting-sliding stereo garage structure,this paper puts forward a device removing rain and snow for stereo garage in order to prevent the roof of garage from the damage of rain and snow.The device is composed of three parts,which are the support frame,the air pressure system and the roof.The support frame provides support for the whole structure,and the air pressure system provides power.The roof can swing around the fixed rotation shaft to realize the function of clearing rain and snow.According to the force analysis,when the rain and snow on the roof are cleared,the pressure on the roof and support frame will be reduced,the stress will be reduced,and the service life of the garage roof will be improved.
