摘要
为更加合理地为水泥混凝土桥面柔性铺装结构选择防水黏结材料,选取4种代表性防水黏结材料进行黏附性、抗剪强度、渗水性和抗裂性能测试,对比荷载作用对不同防水黏结材料的黏附性、抗剪强度和渗水性能的影响,并评价了4种材料对柔性铺装层高温稳定性和抗裂性能的影响。研究认为:防水黏结材料与沥青混合料具有更好的黏附性;荷载作用会降低铺装层整体的黏附性,不会对防水卷材和富油沥青混合料的防水性能造成影响;防水卷材和封层材料将对沥青层的高温稳定性产生不利的影响,涂膜材料对沥青混合料的抗裂性能没有提高作用。
To select the waterproof adhesive materials for the flexible pavement structure of cement concrete bridge deck more reasonably, this paper chose four kinds of representative waterproof adhesive materials to test their adhesion, shear resistance, water permeability and crack resistance. It also compared the influence of load effect on adhesion, shear resistance and water permeability of different waterproof adhesive materials, and evaluated the influence of four kinds of materials on the high temperature stability and crack resistance of flexible pavement layer.
