摘要
[目的]了解我国护理管理论文作者、机构合作情况以及研究热点与前沿,为护理科研人员后续研究提供参考。[方法]采用可视化软件CiteSpace V对近6年发表在12种护理核心期刊上的护理管理文献的作者、机构、关键词进行分析。[结果]护理管理领域已经形成核心作者团队,发文机构集中在医学院校及其附属医院,且机构间合作较密切;护理人力资源管理、护理质量管理、护理安全管理等方面为研究热点;对专科护士、护士长及新护士研究较多。研究的热点科室为手术室、重症监护室、急诊科、消毒供应中心。静脉输液管理、护理质量管理方法、护理信息系统是护理管理领域的研究前沿。[结论]护理管理研究涉及范围广、内容丰富,但是跨机构、跨地区的合作较少,需要进一步加强,从而推动我国护理管理事业的不断发展。
Objective:To understand the nursing management related papers,status quo of authors,institutions cooperation in China,research hotspots and frontiers,so as to provide reference for the following research.Methods:Authors,institutions and keywords of nursing management literatures published in 12core nursing journals in the past 6years were analyzed by visual softwere CiteSpace V.Results:A core team of authors had been formed in the nursing management field.The authors were concentrated in medical colleges and affiliated hospitals,and there were close cooperation between them.Nursing human resource management,nursing quality management,nursing safety management and other aspects were the research hotspot.There were many researches on specialist nurses,head nurses and new nurses.The hot research departments included operating room,ICU,emergency department and disinfection supply center.Intravenous infusion management,nursing quality management method and nursing information system would be the research frontiers.Conclusions:Nursing management research involve a wide range and rich content,but cross-agency and cross-regional cooperation were rare,and need to be further strengthened,so as to promote the continuous development of nursing management in China.
