中文版护生循证实践能力评估量表的信效度检验 被引量:14

Reliability and validity test of Evidence-based Practice Competence Scale(Chinese Version) among nursing students in China

摘要 [目的]对护生循证实践能力评估量表(EBP-COQ)进行汉化,并检测中文版EBP-COQ的信效度。[方法]采用国际通用的量表汉化程序,即"翻译—回译—文化调试—预实验"的方法,将量表引进我国,对其进行项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,测定量表的信效度。[结果]所有条目的内容效度指数均大于0.8,总量表的内容效度指数为0.95;条目与总分之间的相关系数为0.388~0.670,所有条目的决断值(CR)均大于3.0;探索性因子分析提取3个公因子、保留24个条目,累积方差贡献率为51.895%;验证性因子分析模型拟合良好,χ~2/df=1.994,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.047,调整拟合优度指数(AGFI)=0.901;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.889;重测信度为0.941。[结论]中文版EBP-COQ具有良好的信效度,可用于我国本科护生循证实践能力的评估。 Objective:To translate Evidence-Based Practice Competence Questionnaire(EBP-COQ)to Chinese and to evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale was introduced into China by using the international generalization program,namely'translation-back translation-cultural debugging-pre-experiment'.To assess the reliability and the validity of the scale by item analysis,exploratory factors analysis and confirmatory factors analysis.Results:The content validity indexes of all items were over 0.8.The content validity index of the total scale was 0.95.The correlation coefficient between the items and the total score were 0.388-0.670.The critical values(CR)of all the items were more than 3.0.The exploratory factor analysis method extracted three common factors and retained 24 items.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 51.895%.The confirmatory factor analysis model was well fitted[χ~2/df=1.994,RMSEA=0.047,Adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI)=0.901].Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.889.Retest reliability was 0.941.Conclusions:The Chinese version of EBP-COQ has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the ability of evidence-based practice of undergraduate nursing students in China.
