摘要
介绍了某放射源暂存库退役实践及其环境影响评价工作。首先制订了退役实施方案、监测方案、退役原则、退役程序、清污措施、废物处置措施,成立了专门的管理机构,制订完善的事故应急预案。退役工作按照既定方案实施,顺利完成清洁解控工作。退役工作的安全开展需要进行全方面的分析,制订实施方案,做好各项前期准备工作,避免疏漏。按照辐射防护最优化的原则采取防护和安全措施,加强剂量监测,使工作人员和公众所受辐射照射低于国家规定限值,并保持在合理可行尽量低的水平,对潜在照射加以限制。
This paper introduced the decommissioning practice of a radioactive source repository and its environmental impact assessment.First,the decommissioning implementation plan,monitoring program,principles of decommissioning,decommissioning procedures,cleaning measures,and waste disposal measures were developed,and a management department was set up to develop the comprehensive contingency plan.The decommissioning was implemented in accordance with the plan with the clean solution control work successfully completed.The paper concludes that safe decommissioning requires overall analysis,the formulation of an implementation plan,and good preparatory work.Measures for safety and protection must be taken in accordance with the optimization principles of radiation protection,and the monitoring shall be strengthened to keep the radiation to the staff and the public lower than the national limit level,to keep it as low as the reasonably achievable level,and to limit the potential exposures.
