摘要
发展阅读疗法旨在帮助所有正在正常成长和希望得到有益发展的人获得人格发展、自我实现、维护心理健康,适用于大学生心理健康教育中。文章以山西医科大学汾阳学院图书馆为依托,将500名不同专业、年龄、性别的大学生作为实验对象,以问卷调查结合阅读疗法的形式,对其实施为期三个月的发展阅读疗法治疗,将实施治疗前后的问卷调查结果进行比较。结果表明,本次治疗效果较好。实验证明,发展阅读疗法对促进大学生的心理健康发展具有积极作用。
The developing reading therapy aims to help those who are growing normally and hoping for beneficial development to achieve personality development and self-realization and maintain mental health,so it is applicable to the mental health education for college students.The author of this article,with the help of the library of Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University,by selecting as subjects 500 students from different majors,of different ages and gender,and taking the form of questionnaire survey in combination with reading therapy,imposed a three-month treatment with the developing reading therapy and contrasted the results of the questionnaire investigations before and after treatment.The result showed that the treatment was effective.Therefore,the experiment proves that developing reading therapy does much good to the mental health educationfor college students.
