摘要
民营经济作为非公有制经济的重要组成部分,在社会发展和经济结构调整中的作用不容忽视,中小企业作为民营经济存在的最主要形式,其发展对整个经济的发展也至关重要。促进中小企业发展不仅需要中小企业自身的努力和市场需求的支持,也需要相关政策法规特别是强有力的法律规定作为后盾。在当前改革转型背景下,对中小企业促进政策和法律法规进行进一步完善,保证其稳定性的同时加强其可及性,对山西省经济社会的发展有重要意义。
As an important part of non-public economy,the role of private economy in social development and economic restructuring cannot be ignored.As the main form of private economy,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are also very important to the development of the whole economy.Promoting the development of SMEs requires not only the efforts of SMEs themselves and the support of market demand,but also the relevant policies and regulations,especially strong legal provisions.In the context of the current reform and transformation,it is of great significance for the economic and social development of Shanxi Province to further improve the policies,laws and regulations of SMEs to ensure their stability and enhance their accessibility.
