摘要
为了探究多道次变薄拉深冷成形加工工艺参数与筒形件尺寸精度之间的关系,采用Simufact. forming有限元仿真软件,选取C15-c低碳钢为试验材料进行多道次变薄拉深冷成形模拟试验,采用正交试验设计方案,探究了多道次变薄拉深冷成形过程中工艺参数(减薄率、凹模锥角与摩擦系数)对筒形件尺寸精度(内径扩径量、外圆度误差与壁厚偏差)的影响规律,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:在C15-c低碳钢材料筒形件的多道次变薄拉深冷成形工艺中,当减薄率为40%、凹模锥角为12°、摩擦系数为0. 10时,筒形件的尺寸精度较高。加工工艺参数对内径扩径量的影响顺序为:减薄率>凹模锥角>摩擦系数;对外圆度误差的影响顺序为:摩擦系数>凹模锥角>减薄率;对壁厚偏差的影响顺序为:减薄率>凹模锥角>摩擦系数。
To explore the relationship between the process parameters of multi-step ironing cold forming and the dimension accuracy of the cylindrical parts,the Simufact.forming finite element simulation software was employed to simulate the multi-step ironing cold forming of C15-c low-carbon steel.Based on the orthogonal experimental design,the influence of the processing parameters including thinning ratio,die angle and friction coefficient on the dimensional accuracy of the cylindrical parts was investigated in terms of inner diameter enlargement,outer roundness error and wall thickness deviation,which was verified by the experiments.The results show that in the multi-step ironing cold forming process of the C15-c low-carbon steel cylindrical parts,the process parameter combination with the thinning rate of40%,the die angle of 12°and the friction coefficient of 0.10 yields higher dimension accuracy.The significance order of the influence of the process parameters on inner diameter enlargement is thinning ratio>die angle>friction coefficient;the significance order of the influence on outer roundness error is friction coefficient>die angle>thinning ratio;and the significance order of the influence on wall thickness deviation is thinning ratio>die angle>friction coefficient.
