摘要
精细生产方式是一种提高产品质量,降低生产成本的新型生产方式。建筑业与制造业相比,在生产方式、生产过程及生产管理上有着许多共同之处,在建筑业实施精细生产是完全可能而且必要的。从建筑产品着手,改进生产过程,改进现场布置,改革组织管理体制,实现精细生产是建筑企业的必由之路。
Fine production method is a new produce for improving production quality and reducing production cost. Architecture has many in common with produce method, progress and management compared with manufacturing. It is completely possible and necessary to put fine production in practice in the architecture. It is the only way of the architecture to improve on produce progress, disposing locale, to reform organizing management system and to carry out fine produce.
