摘要
针对国家水文水资源科学数据共享中心项目数据源建设的需求,研究了3.0表结构的水文数据转贮为SL423-2005标准表结构数据的解决方案。提出了基于动态演化的水文数据转贮模型,阐述了转贮模型的机理及实现技术,讨论了水文信息资源统一组织架构,以描述为核心,以反射机制为支撑,构建支持动态演化的水文数据转贮的基本原理与方法。最后,简要阐述了水文数据转贮模型在共享中心项目数据源建设上的应用。
In accordance with the requirements of national hydrology and water resources information sharing project on the data resources construction,this paper made study on solution for converting hydrological data at 3.0 table structure to data at SL423-2005 standard.It provided a hydrological data converting and storing model based on dynamic evolution,including the theory and technology used by the model.This paper also made a discussion on the unified organizational structure of hydrological information and proposed the basic principle and method of converting and storing hydrological data.Finally,it analyzed the application of hydrological data converting and storing model in the construction of data source under the sharing center project.
