摘要
我国中小型流域众多,由于受传统水文观念和技术因素的制约,中小型流域水文巡测发展步伐缓慢。本文分析了制约水文巡测发展的原因,结合陆水流域水文站点巡测管理实践,探讨了中小型流域水文巡测发展方式。
There are a number of small and medium sized river basins in China.Constrained by traditional hydrological concept and technical factors,the development of hydrological tour gauging in the small and medium sized river basin is limited.Combining with the management experiences accumulated in tour gauging at the hydrological stations in the Lushui River Basin,this paper analyzed the reasons that restricting the development of hydrological tour gauging and explored the development mode of hydrological tour gauging in the small and medium sized river basins.
