摘要
以蔓荆子为原料,采用水酶结合溶剂的方法从蔓荆子中提取蔓荆子油。考察了料液比、酶解时间及酶用量对蔓荆子油得率的影响,并采用响应面法建立了蔓荆子油得率与料液比、酶解时间及酶用量之间的关系,得到了最佳萃取工艺条件:液料比8.4:1、酶解时间105 min、酶用量1.1%,蔓荆子油的得率达到4.35%,本方法与直接用正己烷提取蔓荆子相比,所得蔓荆子油具有色泽透明、产品纯度高、收率高、污染少等的优点。
The viter rotundifolia oil was extracted by the combination of water and enzymesfrom viter rotundifolia. The major influence factors such as solid-liquid ratio, Enzymatic hydrolysis time, dosage of enzyme were studied and analysised. By employing response surface methodology, the relationship of solid-liquid ratio, enzymatic hydrolysis time, dosage of enzyme was founded. The parameters of extraction process were optimized, so the optimal experiment parameters are: solid-liquid ratio 8.4:1, enzymatic hydrolysis time 105 min, dosage of enzyme 1.1%. The method is high yield and high product purity and low pollution characteristics
