摘要
利用葵瓜子壳或花生壳为原料制备活性炭,传统的方法是采用磷酸活化法、氯化锌活化法或氢氧化钾活化法等,再进行高温炭化。为了更好地节约生产成本,减少生产耗时和环境污染,本文探索以葵瓜子壳和花生壳为原料,利用ZnCl_2-KCl复合活化和微波辐照制备活性炭,并测定了两种活性炭的吸附能力。结果表明,两者活性炭产率分别为58.67%和46.39%。其亚甲基蓝吸附值分别为311.56mg/g和407.51mg/g,碘吸附值分别为771.04mg/g和991.91mg/g。微波法制备活性炭能降低生产成本,提高吸附能力,更加经济环保。
In the past, the preparation of activated carbon by using sunflower seed shell or peanut shell as raw material is activated by phosphoric acid, zinc chloride activation or potassium hydroxide activation combined with high temperature carbonization. In order to save the cost of production, reduce production time and environmental pollution, this paper explored the feasibility of activated carbon preparation by using sunflower seed shell and peanut shell as raw material, which was activation by ZnCl_2-KCl and formed by microwave irradiation. Activated carbon yield of two kinds of raw materials were 58.67% and 46.39%. The adsorption capacities of two kinds of activated carbon were measured. The adsorption value of methylene blue was 311.56 mg/g and 407.51 mg/g, and the iodine adsorption value was 771.04 mg/g and 991.91 mg/g, respectively. The preparation of activated carbon by microwave method can reduce production cost, improve production efficiency, and is more economical and environment-friendly.
