溶剂热法制备(001)晶面暴露的TiO_2异质复合物及其光催化性能研究

摘要 通过溶剂热法合成(001)晶面暴露的TiO_2/BiVO_4异质复合物可见光光催化剂,采用X射线粉末衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见漫反射光谱等技术对催化剂结构、成分和性质进行了表征。结果表明,在波长420nm的可见光照射降解罗丹明B染料中,TiO_2/BiVO_4异质复合物的活性相比于纯相TiO_2和BiVO_4大大提高,且不同复合比例的光催化剂对活性影响较大。当质量比为80%时,TiO_2/BiVO_4异质复合物表现出最强的可见光光催化活性。同时讨论了TiO_2/BiVO_4异质复合物光催化性能优异的原因。 TiO_2/BiVO_4 heterocompounds with exposed(001) facets have been successfully synthesized by a solvothermal route. The structure, components and photoresponse of the photocatalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The results showed that the photocatalytic activities of TiO_2/BiVO_4 heterocompounds were greatly improved than pure TiO_2 and BiVO_4, and different ratios had great effect on the photocatalytic activity for the degradation of Rh B under 420 nm light irradiation. When the mass ratio was 80%, TiO_2/BiVO_4 heterocompound performed the best photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation. And the reason that TiO_2/BiVO_4 heterocompounds had the excellent performance was also discussed.
