摘要
目的探讨S-ROM人工全髋关节在治疗超细股骨干儿童化脓性关节炎后遗髋关节病理性脱位的临床效果。方法对一例成人超细股骨干儿童化脓性关节炎后遗髋关节病理性脱位采用S-ROM全陶瓷人工全髋关节置换治疗,术中借助C臂透视定位及导引,成功扩髓、股骨截骨及重建髋关节旋转中心。结果术后随访半年,肢体短缩得到良好纠正,肢体短缩<1.5cm,原髋部疼痛消失,跛行步态得到改善。髓关节Harris评分由术前40分,改善为85分。结论应用S-ROM人工全髋关节在该例儿童化脓性关节炎后遗髋关节病理性脱位的治疗取得成功,临床效果满意,可供临床参考。
Objective To explore the clinical resuts of total hip arthroplasty using modular S-ROM prothesis for the treatment of pathological hip dislocation of the hip suffered infection childhood.Methods One patient with pathological hip dislocation of the hip suffered infection childhood under went total hip arthroplasty using modular S-ROM ceramics prothesis.We can expand marrow canal,shorten femur,reconstruct hip joint rotation centre under C-arm fluoroscopy positioning and leading in the operation.Results The patient was followed-up for 6 months.The shortening of lower limb was limited to 1.5cm compared to the other limb,The hip pain ebbed.To walk with a limp was improved.The Harris hip score(HSS) increased from 40 preoperatively to 85.Conclusion Short-time clinica1 results were satisfied.A modular S-ROM prothesis is a selected choice for the treatment in the case who was pathological hip dislocation of the hip suffered infection childhood.
